Taking advantage of the time when localities across Thai Nguyen province are carrying out site clearance to implement a series of projects in the third quarter of 2025, many households are illegally constructing to declare compensation.
The way to do it is to build massively, some households build at night to complete the project, not allowing the government to stop it in time. Mr. Le Thanh Son - Chairman of Diem Thuy Commune People's Committee said that some households only took one morning to complete the temporary construction. Therefore, if not handled promptly, the situation of illegal construction will continue to spread.
Lao Dong reporters went to the field and recorded that in Van Xuan ward; Pho Yen ward, there were a series of constructions, barns, foam tanks, and corrugated iron roofs.
Faced with this situation, the local government has issued a record requesting to stop construction for violations, but other households still deliberately build more. They said that due to not having a clear understanding of planning information, they built it, or only built it temporarily to serve daily life.
But in fact, intentional illegal construction is for profit.
Talking to Lao Dong reporter, a local resident said: "Many people have the mentality of taking advantage of the project waiting to be implemented and then building more to receive compensation. I hope there will be a definitive solution, not allowing the current situation of violations to continue to be public".
Along with illegal construction, many households also proposed to change land use purposes, declaring incorrect status for profit.
Households that deliberately build illegally will have difficulty in compensation, affecting the implementation of investment projects.
The State compensates, clears, and compensates people for assets on land to ensure fairness, the right subjects, and cannot spend money to pay for cases of fraud, even violations of the law.
Therefore, the problem is to prevent and handle cases of illegal construction, the government cannot restrain itself from those who intentionally violate.
If any household illegally built it, the authorities would immediately issue a record to fine it.
Don't think that overnight construction is a failure of the government. The current planning must be based on management and use of recording support tools such as flycam recording to detect illegal construction.
Compensation and compensation policies for the people must be for the right subjects, and the budget cannot be wasted on those who deliberately take advantage.
If the government does things strictly, no one can do wrong. If it is intentionally built illegally, then it is determined to enforce it, without compensation.
If you do it bluntly, someone will dare to challenge the law.
