In particular, many useful initiatives such as switching from traditional loads to vacuum suction, or taking advantage of moisture to roll the foundation... in transportation projects also show the flexible and creative adaptation of Vietnamese workers in the face of difficulties.
Thousands of engineers and workers are not only under pressure from time points, but also face difficulties from the field, extreme weather due to the early rainy season, the impact of storms and storm circulation... These are things that not everyone understands and sympathizes with.
That hard work of workers, of course, needs to be recognized, rewarded and rewarded worthy of compliments and encouragement to accommodation regimes, labor protection, salaries, toxic allowances and risk insurance...
The most important thing is the mechanism to ensure safety, absolutely not allowing occupational accidents to occur. Because human life is the most important thing and in the past, we have also had many painful lessons about insecurity. This should be warned about never being redundant in construction works, especially in the context of being forced to finish the project in time.
Along with controlling progress, construction units need to control risks well, increase occupational safety training, direct construction according to weather conditions, not push workers into a "racing" position for results.
