In the financial investment fraud ring that was recently dismantled, the Hanoi City Police Department has prosecuted 31 defendants, including the two ringleaders Pho Duc Nam (TikToker Mr Pips, born in 1994, residing in Ward 8, Vung Tau City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province) and Le Khac Ngo (nicknamed Mr Hunter).
Le Khac Ngo quickly escaped, Hanoi City Police issued an international wanted notice for Le Khac Ngo for "Fraudulent appropriation of property". At the same time, Ngo was asked to surrender and return the fraudulently appropriated property to receive leniency.
Both Pho Duc Nam and Le Khac Ngo are very dangerous. These two scammers are knowledgeable and good at their profession, so they have deceived many people. Nam and Ngo often appear on information channels in luxurious clothes, super cars, wearing luxury watches, lots of USD, gold, and diamonds. They also "act" as sharing information about stock investment, knowledge about stocks, market analysis, and gold prices, so many people trust them. With such a methodical approach to their prey, they have been able to deceive a huge amount of money, up to this point it is 5,200 billion VND.
Le Khac Ngo, who took the nickname "Mr Hunter", did not hide his purpose. He was a "hunter", hunting "prey" who paid money into his scam ring.
The "hunter" Le Khac Ngo has escaped, but will certainly be arrested. The police will "hunt" this "hunter" down to try him according to the law.
Arresting Le Khac Ngo, first of all, demonstrates the strictness and power of the law. Anyone who violates the law must be tried, even if they run away, they cannot escape, sooner or later they will be caught. Recently, there have been many cases of criminals fleeing, changing their names for decades, but still being found by the police.
Arrest Le Khac Ngo, confiscate the fraudulent assets, so that the authorities can investigate, verify, and return them to the victims. As one of the two "bosses" of this criminal organization, Le Khac Ngo's money and assets were very large and must be confiscated to "remedy the consequences".
Arresting Le Khac Ngo is also to deter criminals, if they violate the law, they will be discovered and cannot escape the law. Once wanted, no matter where they are, they must live in fear until the day they are arrested.
