Both Pho Duc Nam and Le Khac Ngo are very dangerous. These two scammers are knowledgeable and good at their profession, so they have deceived many people. Nam and Ngo often appear on information channels in luxurious clothes, super cars, wearing luxury watches, lots of USD, gold, and diamonds. They also "act" as sharing information about stock investment, knowledge about stocks, market analysis, and gold prices, so many people trust them. With such a methodical approach to their prey, they have been able to deceive a huge amount of money, up to this point it is 5,200 billion VND.
Le Khac Ngo, who took the nickname "Mr Hunter", did not hide his purpose. He was a "hunter", hunting "prey" who paid money into his scam ring.
The "hunter" Le Khac Ngo has escaped, but will certainly be arrested. The police will "hunt" this "hunter" down to try him according to the law.
