From the transportation of Phu Yen officials to Dak Lak to work, to discuss technology

Lê Thanh Phong |

Dak Lak is expected to spend about 1 billion/month to arrange to transport Phu Yen cadres to the locality to work and vice versa after merging the province.

As expected, if merging two localities, there will be about 1,000 cadres, civil servants and officials.

Including about 120 officials under the management of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, wishing to move from Tuy Hoa City (Phu Yen) to Buon Ma Thuot City (Dak Lak) to work and vice versa. These officials use official vehicles of agencies and management units to pick up officials according to their titles using official vehicles.

For the remaining 880 civil servants, there will be centralized transportation.

Not only Dak Lak and Phu Yen, many merged provinces, will have to re -arrange administrative agencies and party agencies, leading to disturbance in travel, need to organize shuttle cars, ensure working time, health and safety for officials and public employees.

But it is necessary to calculate many other solutions to minimize the arrangement of shuttle.

The first is to maximize technology applications to operate the apparatus, officials and civil servants can work on the spot, without moving, except for special cases.

We talk a lot about digitalization, electronic government, this is the time to apply technology solutions to optimize administrative activities. The locality that is quick, putting technology applications into management and administration will save time and budget for the shuttle of cadres and civil servants.

Arranging and merging administrative units but still working manually is not achieving the goals of streamlining. Streamlined not only at first work, administrative agencies, people, but also streamlined even other indirect things, including shuttle cadres and civil servants.

For example, the road distance from Tuy Hoa to Buon Ma Thuot is over 190 km, traveling by car is about 4 hours. With that distance, the shuttle of officials and returns is very expensive and time -consuming.

Therefore, in addition to exploiting technology application in the administrative system, it is necessary to calculate each job position of each cadre, to arrange the appropriate work, both to ensure work and to be convenient in travel.

For example, cadres and civil servants in Phu Yen will be arranged in the locality, or the working position is a civil servant of the province, but working at the headquarters in Tuy Hoa.

Another thing is to urgently build a modern transportation system, especially the highway to facilitate travel for people, officials, civil servants and economic development.
