Currently, there are 20 cases of influenza being inpatient in hospitals. Ho Chi Minh City has not yet detected abnormally in receiving and treating flu patients.
As reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, on February 7, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health issued an urgent document on strengthening the prevention and control of seasonal influenza. At present, favorable weather for pathogens through the respiratory tract is spreading.
The Ho Chi Minh City health sector proactively deploys measures to prevent and control influenza, preventing confusion and anxiety. However, people are not subjective and negligent in the face of the disease's developments.
Faced with the risk of outbreaks, the Ministry of Health has requested the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities to direct the implementation of urgent measures, including promoting vaccination work; strengthening early monitoring and detection of cases; promoting communication and recommendations to prevent diseases; and strengthening inter-sectoral coordination.
