Drink water on purpose
The kidneys are the filter that removes urene from the body through water. If you do not have severe edema or heart failure, pulmonary edema or other conditions that require water limitation, you should carefully calculate the appropriate amount of water per day. We should drink 3 - 4% of our body weight with boiling water every day.
Eat healthy
The most important thing in the diet for kidney disease is to limit phosphorus, potassium and protein. Therefore, you should control the 3 main meals and daily snacks for good health.
Eat plenty of kidney-protective foods such as foods rich in fiber and antioxidants such as fish oil, blueberries, etc. At the same time, you should stay away from processed foods with fat, salt, high sugar and sugary drinks that can harm the kidneys.
Exercise
To stay healthy, try to arrange a 30-minute exercise schedule at least 5 days a week. Aim for aerobic exercises of moderate intensity or higher to help your health and metabolism.
Get enough sleep
You should go to bed before 11pm every day and get 6-8 hours of sleep to ensure good sleep quality.
