Twisting Pose (Ardha Matsyendrasana)

Helps stimulate the liver, enhance digestive function and support detoxification.
How to do:
Sit up straight, extend your right leg, bend your left leg and place your left foot on the outside of your right thigh.
Place your right hand on your left knee, left hand behind your back.
Inhale deeply, exhale and twist to the left, hold the position for 20-30 seconds.
Return to starting position, switch sides.
Forward Bend Pose (Uttanasana)

Increases blood circulation to the liver, supporting the detoxification process.
How to do:
Stand up straight with your feet hip-width apart.
Inhale, reach your arms up, exhale, bend down, hands touching the floor or hugging your ankles.
Hold this position for 30 seconds – 1 minute, breathing evenly.
Bow Pose (Dhanurasana)

Stimulates internal organs, including the liver, helping to eliminate toxins.
How to do:
Lie on your stomach, bend your knees and reach back to grab your ankles.
Inhale, lift your chest and thighs up, stretching your entire body.
Hold the position for 20-30 seconds, breathing evenly.
Child's Pose (Balasana)

Benefits: Helps relax the liver, relieve stress and aid the digestive system.
How to do:
Sit on your heels, spread your knees and bend forward.
Stretch your arms forward, forehead touching the floor.
Breathe deeply and hold this position for 1-2 minutes.
