1. Lemon juice and honey
- Add 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon honey to a cup of warm water.
- Stir well and drink while warm.
2. Cinnamon honey tea
- Put in a pot 1 cup of water and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder or 1 cinnamon stick, boil for 5 minutes.
- Filter the mixture and add 1 teaspoon of honey to enjoy.
3. Warm turmeric milk
- Put 1 cup of milk in a pot and warm it.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, stir well and enjoy.
4. Almond milk
- Soak 1/2 cup almonds overnight.
- Then grind the almonds with 1 cup of water.
- Filter the mixture through cheesecloth to obtain almond milk, boil and enjoy.
5. Beetroot juice
- Peel and chop 1 beetroot.
- Puree beets with 1/2 cup water.
- Filter through cheesecloth to obtain beetroot juice.
