Chamomile tea

Drinking warm ginger tea 30-60 minutes before bed can help the body feel light and fall asleep easily.
Peppermint tea
Famous for its ability to soothe the digestive system, reduce stomach and intestinal cramps and bring a feeling of relaxation, experts suggest that peppermint tea is especially suitable for people who often suffer from bloating after dinner or a feeling of heavy, uncomfortable abdomen. However, people with reflux should be cautious because mint can dilate the esophagus.
