Do push-ups more often
If you want to increase the number of push-ups, consider doing this exercise regularly. Try incorporating push-ups into your daily routine such as exercising in the morning, before bed, or adding them to your warm-up exercise.
Aim for push-ups and other chest exercises 2-3 times a week.
Strengthen muscle
Strengthening your chest, shoulders and triplicate will make push-ups easier. Add exercises such as weightlifting to help work similar muscle groups and do weightlifting; exercises for the psoas to increase endurance when doing push-ups; planks to increase stability for the core muscles of the body, helping you maintain correct posture.
Increase intensity
Like weightlifting, push-ups require gradual increase in intensity to improve. Try methods such as increasing the number of repetitions per week; performing theipch push-up movement, that is, slow down the lower body phase to increase strength; push-ups with weights.
Improve cardiovascular health
Reduce endurance challenges, so improving overall cardiovascular performance can be beneficial. Incorporate high-intensity interval training (HIIT) or cycling to train your heart and lungs.
