On the morning of November 14, according to the reporter's records, the Mailisa beauty salon at 132 Nguyen Van Cu (Truong Vinh ward, Nghe An) had no customers, the door was still open but inside there were only a few staff and security guards.
On the morning of November 13, Nghe An mobile police forces organized a blockade of the area, coordinating with professional forces to conduct a search inside. Many locations of entry and exit were controlled, and specialized vehicles were mobilized to the scene. The search took place at the same time as simultaneous activities in Ho Chi Minh City and many other provinces and cities related to the Mailisa cosmetic system.

From the authorities' search of the Mailisa beauty salon, public opinion is interested in state management in the field of aesthetics and beauty in Nghe An.
According to Nghe An Department of Health, the whole province currently has only 7 cosmetic facilities licensed to perform professional techniques according to the approved list, including: Private cosmetic Surgery Clinic - Dr. Phan Sau, 148 Nguyen Van Cu; Thavi - Dr. Phan Ngoc Khoa Cosmetic Clinic, Vicenta building; Huong So - Dr. Le Tan Hung Cosmetic Clinic, Dai Loan Lenin; Dr. Le Tien - Dr. Trong Tien Cosmetic Clinic, Vinaconex 9; Oshun Cosmetic Surgery Clinic - Dr. Dau Huy Hoan; Mailisa 3 Cosmetic Creative Clinic - Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Xuyen, 5 floors - 1322 Nguyen Van Cam; Van Van Van - Dr. Tran Tran Tranh - Dr. Tran Tran Tranh.
In addition, there are 17 dermatological clinics licensed by the Department of Health to operate medical examination and treatment. In addition, hundreds of private spa and beauty salons are not licensed for cosmetic clinics, so they are not allowed to perform any invasive techniques, injections - injections, laser, waves or anesthesia in the form of injections.
Recently, Lao Dong Newspaper has published many articles reflecting violations in Vinh City (old), including: performing illegal invasive techniques, impersonating doctors, using people without a practice certificate, using false advertising, collecting service fees without agreement... Some serious cases have caused customers to be hospitalized and file complaints.

After the press's reflection, Nghe An Department of Health coordinated with Vinh City Police to inspect many facilities and imposed administrative penalties, forcing temporary suspension of operations of many facilities.
Notably, some establishments have closed and stopped operating immediately upon receiving feedback from the people, making it impossible for the authorities to inspect according to regulations.
Speaking to reporters, a representative of Nghe An Department of Health said that the health sector is closely coordinating with authorities to review all cosmetic activities in the area.
"We are determined to handle facilities providing cosmetic services that are not in accordance with regulations, especially injecting - injecting, and illegally intervening in the human body. Tightening management is to protect people's health and safety" - a representative of Nghe An Department of Health emphasized.
