At this time, the person claiming to be Dr. Thanh cooperated and confessed that his real name was Vo Minh Chien (28 years old, residing in Chi Cong village, Cu An commune, Dak Po district, Gia Lai province).

The fake doctor performed vein treatment with sclerotherapy and high-frequency laser and signed the name "Dr. Vo Minh Thanh" also under the direction of Le Thi Thanh.
All medical examination and treatment fees for customers are transferred to Le Thi Thanh's account. Mr. Chien has only been working at the facility for a month now with a salary of 5.5 million VND/month.
At the request of the Inspection Team, Mr. Chien called the manager.However, the person on the phone said that because his house was affected by the flood, he had returned to his hometown to deal with family matters and promised to be present to work with the authorities as requested.
The Inspection Team proceeded to draw up a record requesting the facility to immediately stop the violation; stop all activities related to the field of medical examination and treatment; remove all medical examination and treatment signs...
At the same time, the owner of the facility is invited to be present at the Gia Lai Provincial Department of Health at 8:00 a.m.
