Benefits of turmeric

How to make turmeric juice to support fatty liver

Prepare 1 teaspoon of pure turmeric powder or 1 slice of crushed fresh turmeric

Mix with 200ml of warm water (about 40-50 degrees Celsius)

In addition to turmeric water, the NDTV also suggests some other drinks that are beneficial for fatty liver such as celery juice, diluted lemon juice, unsweetened green tea and methylation seed water (three-cken longan).
