Similar to the previous 2 times, the competition consists of 3 rounds (each round lasts 1 month), including:
Round 1: Register and participate in an online test, practice and practice nutrition for 1 month to select the Top 100 candidates with the most positive changes in weight and share knowledge;
Round 2: Online competition and interaction with experts, knowledge sharing;
Round 3 is the round to rank the best candidates for the final night award. The candidate must have the most positive weight change, also have a suitable waist-hip ratio, and give a convincing answer to the Jury.

At the recent award ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded a special prize worth 50 million VND to candidate Le Quoc Chinh (born in 1983, Phu Tho); the first prize worth 30 million VND to candidate Nguyen Tuong Van (born in 1975, Hanoi). The remaining prizes included 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, and 5 fourth prizes awarded to 10 candidates.
In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded 2 additional prizes, including: the Inspirational Character award to Mr. Tuong Phi Vuong - the oldest candidate in the contest; the Most Favorite Candidate award to Ma Thi Nguyet (born in 1997, the girl participating in "I am healthier and more beautiful" for the 3rd time in a row) with the highest number of votes on the contest website.
Candidates in the Top 30 who are not on the award list will be sent a certificate of "Top 30 Outstanding Candidates" by the Organizing Committee.
