What are the pension rates under the new Law?

These three pension levels will be for some cadres, civil servants, public employees and armed forces in cases where pensions cannot be adjusted to increase according to new regulations.

Clause 3, Article 23 of the Law on Social Insurance 2024 (effective from July 1, 2025) stipulates the regime for employees who are not eligible for pension and have not reached the age of receiving social retirement benefits as follows: The lowest monthly benefit level is equal to the monthly social retirement benefit level prescribed in Clause 1, Article 22 of this Law.
