The latest missile strikes on Ukrainian military command and control sites and the country's energy infrastructure were launched on October 11 - RT quoted the Russian Defense Ministry as saying at a daily meeting.
The attacks hit all set targets and achieved their targets, the Russian military said.
Earlier in the day, Ukrainian officials and media reported further on long-range strikes by Russia after restarting the offensive on October 10.
Andrey Sadovoy, the city's northern deputy, said the city had another power outage as a result of Russian attacks.
The missile attack on critical infrastructure caused about 30% of Lvov to lose power, the official wrote on his social media account. He added that there were problems with water supply in the city and called on people to store water in case of water shortage.
In the central Ukrainian province of Vinnitsa, the head of the government, Sergey Borzov, reported drone strikes targeting a local power plant, but later edited his post to "explosions". The operator of Ladyzhin coal-fired thermal power plant confirmed the plant's damage in a drone airstrike on the morning of October 11.
It is reported that Russian missiles were intercepted by Ukrainian air defense in Kiev, Odessa and Vinnitsa. In the Rovno and Krivoy Rog areas, residents reported ground explosions, possibly due to Russian attacks.
The strikes came a day after most of Ukraine's main areas were hit by airstrikes. The Ukrainian military claimed to have intercepted about half of the missiles, but 11 key sites across the country were damaged, according to the Ukrainian government.
Moscow has targeted Ukrainian power plants and other key facilities after Russian President Vladimir Putin named a series of "terror attacks" staged by Ukrainian special services on Russian soil.
The latest of these involved the activation of an explosives truck on the strategic Crimean bridge connecting the Crimean peninsula to mainland Russia. Russian investigators confirmed that at least three civilians were killed in the blast, but the number could be as high as six, as three people are believed to be still missing.
Mr. Putin said that it is impossible not to respond to Kiev's tactics. Russia attacked Ukraine's energy sector after Ukraine itself had sabotaged Russia's critical infrastructure for months.
Countries support Kiev in condemning Russian attacks on Ukraine's infrastructure, in contrast to the silent response to the incident on the Crimea bridge. The US declined to comment on the bridge explosion and pledged to continue military support for Ukraine.
In addition, the Ukrainian army attacked a power transformer station in the southern Belgorod region of Russia on October 11. The attack on a facility in Shebekino village caused a fire at a transformer and disrupted power supply to about 2,000 people in the area.
According to local officials, the attack only caused material damage and no injuries were reported. It is still unclear whether the transformer station was hit by artillery or missiles. The local government promised to restore power within a few hours.
