    The US election process from voting to the presidential inauguration is encapsulated in a 1.5 minute video.

    Every four years, Americans vote for a new president. The 2024 US presidential election is taking place in a dramatic, tense contest between Democratic candidate Kamala Harris and Republican opponent Donald Trump.

    On the evening of November 5 local time (morning of November 6 Vietnam time), polling stations began to close. The video below shows the complicated process of US presidential elections.
