The BBC reported that the boy is the fourth child of Musk and Shivon Zilis, 39, a senior executive director of Neuralink, a company owned by the technology billionaire.
"After discussing with Elon and on the birthday of beautiful Arcadia (the name of their third child), we felt it better to also share directly about our wonderful and incredible son, Seldon Lycurgus" - Ms. Zilis said in a post on social network X.
But she did not reveal when the child would be born. Under the post, Musk, 53, responded with a red heart icon.
Zilis' announcement comes two weeks after young American writer Ashley St. Clair, 31, announced that she gave birth to a child for the Tesla boss five months ago.
However, the businessman born in 1971 did not admit to this child, even implying that he had been trapped by Ms. Clair. This attitude led to the female writer's lawsuit on February 21.
