    According to the BBC, the message seems to confirm that the Syrian government is not affected by Western airstrikes targeting many locations in the country.

    In the video, Bashar al-Assad wears an elegant outfit, carrying a pair of scissors into the building's marble hallway. In this 8-second video, the Syrian President did not speak up.

    According to Tass news agency, the Abu rummaneh government building in the capital Damascus as well as the Syrian presidential palace were not affected in the missile attack by the US and its allies.

    A Tass reporter at the scene said that the situation in the area was normal, and the delivery was not affected.
