The Chinese people nationwide are ready to cooperate closely with the Vietnamese National Assembly to contribute to building the Vietnam - China brotherhood friendship, towards a new period of vibrant development, on the basis of the 75 years of Vietnam - China diplomatic relations that have been nurtured by generations of leaders and people of the two countries; expressed confidence that Vietnam will successfully organize the 14th Communist Party Congress.
