On Valentine's Day, President Joe Biden gave First Lady Jill Biden a loving speech.
"The love of your life, you are the person I love the most in the world. Happy Valentine's Day, Jilly" - President Joe Biden wrote on his Twitter POTUS account.
Second President Douglas Emhoff also wished his half, Vice President Kamala Harris, a happy holiday.
"Happy birthday to you, my love. We have big adventures ahead. I am extremely excited to accompany you on this journey" - Mr. Emhoff wrote on Twitter.
The day before, Vice President Kamala Harris and her husband made a surprise visit to VA Medical Center in Washington, D.C. to organize Valentine's Day for medical staff. The gifts are cookies packages with the message: "Wishing you a sweet valentine's holiday! We appreciate you. Kamala and Doug. We are very grateful to you.
The White House launched the Valetine holiday starting on February 12 when it announced the " messaging of recovery, solidarity, hope and compassion". This is a project led by Dr. Jill Biden. Decorations are displayed throughout the weekend.
The press also published a photo of the First Lady of the United States choosing items for the holiday at a bakery in Washington, D.C.
The Washingtonian reported that Ms. Jill Biden bought a cake worth more than 100 USD when stopping by the bakery for about 10-15 minutes.
