At the invitation of Philippine Foreign Minister Ma. Theresa P. Lazaro, ASEAN Chairwoman 2026, Politburo Member, Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung attended the 59th ASEAN Foreign Ministers' Meeting (AMM-59) and related conferences, along with activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation in Southeast Asia in Manila, Philippines, from July 22-24, the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed.
