The 2025 A-class volleyball tournament brings together 28 clubs competing, including 15 men's teams and 13 women's teams.
In Group A, Ha Tinh leads with 3 wins, closely followed by Tra Vinh. These can be considered the leading candidates for 2 tickets to the final round.

In Group B, the race was very dramatic. Although Ho Chi Minh City was leading, it played more than the teams behind. Apart from Phu Tho Police, which has not yet scored any points, the remaining teams have won and have many competitive opportunities.

In Group C, VLXD Binh Duong won all 3 matches and earned 8 points. They will have a big advantage to take the top spot.

In Group D, the Youth Team of the Information Corps and Quang Ninh showed their difference from the rest. The Information Corps Youth Team won all 4 matches and has not lost a set.
The race to the top 4 will also be very unpredictable as many teams have only played 2 matches.

In Group E, Thai Nguyen won all 3 matches to top the group. Following closely is Bac Ninh and Hanoi with 7 points.

According to the format, 15 men's teams will be divided into 3 groups, competing in a round-robin to select the top 2 teams - second in each group to enter the final round. The 3rd-placed teams in each group will compete in a round-robin to select 2 more men's teams to have all 8 teams enter the final round.
The 13 women's volleyball teams will be divided into 2 groups to compete in a round-robin in the group, to select 4 teams from each group to enter the final round.
The final round will be played from October 23 to November 2. 8 men's teams and 8 women's teams compete for the championship and promotion in the 2026 national championship.
