Coach Tuan Kiet celebrates a surprise birthday
Today (November 14) is the 49th birthday of coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet. Currently, the coach born in 1976 is focusing on the Vietnam women's volleyball team, aiming for the 33rd SEA Games taking place in Thailand this coming December.
On the very special day, coach Tuan Kiet was given a surprise birthday by his students. According to the video shared by middle blocker Le Thanh Thuy, she and her teammates bought a birthday cake and brought it to her teacher's room, creating a vibrant atmosphere.
The captain of the Vietnamese women's volleyball team was quite surprised and then clearly showed her joy on her face. After many years of playing as a head coach, Mr. Kiet and the team have created many historic milestones for Vietnamese women's volleyball. Therefore, he received a lot of affection from his students as well as fans.
The Vietnam women's volleyball team has been practicing in Quang Ninh since October 25 and will arrive in Vinh Long on November 15 to continue training to prepare for the 33rd SEA Games before going to Thailand.
