The players have been given a break to regain their spirits after days of continuous competition. The coaches are still doing professional work according to the assigned tasks."
This representative said that the team's leaders and managers also asked the coaching staff to quickly help the players overcome their weaknesses, regain their form, and achieve good results in the near future.
Thus, Mr. Pham Minh Dung is still in charge of the position of head coach of the first line of the women's team of the Information Corps. In the 2024 national championship, the coaching staff of the military team registered includes head coach Pham Minh Dung, assistant coaches Pham Thi Yen, Nguyen Trong Linh, Au Hong Nhung (in phase 1, Au Hong Nhung's position is coach Pham Thi Thu Trang).
Foreign player Jana Kulan can become a coach in Vietnam
Jana Kulan is a foreign player who played impressively in the second phase of the 2024 National Volleyball Championship. Wearing the jersey of the Information Corps women's team, despite being 37 years old, the Azerbaijani hitter has proven her class with powerful shots as well as great scoring efficiency.
It is worth mentioning that before coming to Vietnam, Kulan was granted a coaching license by the International Volleyball Federation. Some information said that after finishing the journey in the 2024 national championship, Kulan received an invitation to lead a team in Vietnam.
If there are no last-minute changes to the contract, it is likely that this foreign player will take up his position next week. However, Vietnamese fans are still waiting for official information from the club rumored to be Jana Kulan's club.
Long An men's team has increased personnel
The second phase of the men's event of the 2024 National Volleyball Championship kicked off today (November 21). The list of participating teams has been announced. Notably, the Long An team has added domestic players by bringing in striker Tran Dinh Quy.
After the Binh Duong men's team was relegated, causing a series of stars to leave, Tran Dinh Quy was considered the lone remaining star of the Thu Dau Mot team. The most recent mark that this main striker born in 1992 showed was the title of best attacker in the 2024 A-League, where he made a great contribution to bringing Binh Duong to the final match.
With the successful loan of Tran Dinh Quy, Long An has another quality attacking option with the goal of staying in the national championship this year.
