Fitness expert informs about Bich Tuyen
Opposite Bich Tuyen is one of the players who contributed to helping the Vietnamese women's volleyball team win the first two matches in the group stage of the AVC Nations Cup 2025.
In the 3-0 victory over Taiwan (China), the 2000-born hitter played explosively, being the top scorer for the Vietnam women's volleyball team with 23 points (including 2 blocking points), achieving an efficiency of up to 70%.
However, according to Bich Tuyen, she had a back injury and stopped practicing 10 days before the tournament, so her physical strength has not yet recovered 100%.

Karl Lim, a fitness expert of the Vietnam women's volleyball team, also frankly said: "Bich Tuyen has not fully recovered from her injury. Therefore, we ensure that she needs to be flexible in both training and competition to regain 100% of her form. If Tuyen starts well, she will be fine."
In the first gathering of 2025, expert Karl Lim accompanied the Vietnam women's volleyball team as well as the U21 women's youth team.
With the support of this expert, the players' physical strength has had many positive changes, especially the ability to maintain endurance and recover after each tense match.
Nguyen Thi Trinh suffered minor injuries
Although the Vietnamese women's volleyball team is starting well at the AVC Nations Cup 2025, according to coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet, the unstable performance of the middle blocker positions is something that the coaching staff needs to have more calculations to adjust.
"The two middle blockers competing in the match against Taiwan (China) (Nguyen Thi Trinh, Le Thanh Thuy - PV) can be considered the two main middle blockers of the team. However, the form of this duo is not stable and is only about 50-60%.
Currently, Nguyen Thi Trinh is suffering from a minor knee injury. During the two days of break, the coaching staff will create confidence for the students and create conditions for the reserve positions to compete more".

Vietnam women's volleyball team attends opponent's match
Today (September 9), the women's volleyball team was temporarily suspended from competition after two matches. Thanh Thuy and her teammates took advantage of their time to be present at the stands of the Dong Anh District Gymnasium (Hanoi) to watch other matches.
The match between Iran and the Philippines is of particular interest to Vietnamese girls. Because if they enter the semi-finals, these two opponents will likely face the army of coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet. Therefore, Bich Tuyen and her teammates carefully monitored each ball on the field to make comments about the opponent.
At the end of the match, Iran defeated the Philippines with a score of 3-2, thereby opening the door to get a ticket to the semi-finals.
