Under the direction of coach Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hoa, the VTV Binh Dien Long An Youth Team not only won the right to enter the quarter-finals of the 2025 National Youth Volleyball Tournament but also showed convincing performance through each match.
VTV Binh Dien Long An Youth Team won the top spot in Group E after 4 consecutive wins. Trinh Huynh Bao Ngoc and his teammates defeated the youth teams of Quang Ninh (3-0), Vinh Long (3-0), Hanoi (3-2) and Dak Lak (3-0). These victories have partly affirmed the position of one of the leading volleyball training cradles in Vietnam, VTV Binh Dien Long An.

As for Ngoc Hoa, she has temporarily stopped focusing on the Vietnam women's volleyball team in early 2025 to work with the VTV Binh Dien Long An Youth Team. Once an excellent middle blocker of Vietnamese women's volleyball, the former player born in 1987 carries a spirit of discipline, professionalism and especially a burning heart for volleyball to pass on to the next generation.
Under the guidance of Ngoc Hoa, the playing style of Tre VTV Binh Dien Long An bears a strong tactical mark. The young girls from the West played solidly, coordinated flexibly and had a fiery competitive spirit. Although only at the age of U20, the VTV Binh Dien Long An Youth Team has shown maturity, confidence, playing methodically and effectively in each attack.
Thanks to the dedicated guidance of coach Ngoc Hoa, players such as setter Mai Ngoc Tuyen, middle blocker Bao Ngoc, Ngoc Anh, main blocker Nhu Y... all showed clear progress through each match. Compared to players of the same age, the VTV Binh Dien Long An Youth team showed their mettle, confidence, and solidity in both physical and mental health.
Not only contributing professionally, coach Ngoc Hoa is also an inspiration and companion for young athletes in each training session and match.
As someone who has competed in domestic and international tournaments for many years, winning many large and small awards in her career, the former player born in 1987 clearly understands that competitive mentality is what young athletes often have difficulty with.

Therefore, in matches, it is not difficult to see images of female coaches following athletes closely, always being attentive, following each ball line closely and giving timely instructions to lift the spirits of their students.
It was that closeness but strictness that helped VTV Binh Dien Long An Youth gain more confidence and courage, to enter the field to strive for the overall victory of the home team.
VTV Binh Dien Long An Youth Team will have 4 days off before entering the quarter-finals of the 2025 National Youth Volleyball Tournament taking place on May 15. Under the guidance of coach Ngoc Hoa, Tre VTV Binh Dien Long An can be confident in their ability to defend the championship title in this year's tournament.
