The matches at the Kickboxing & Muay Thai event - Hotram Clash, taking place at The Grand Ho Tram luxury resort (HCMC), organized by professional martial arts training company Cocky Buffalo in collaboration with the Vietnam Kickboxing Federation and The Grand Ho Tram.
The highlight match of the event was the competition between Kieu Duy Quan and Han Jun in the 75kg weight class. Duy Quan is a leading talent in Vietnamese martial arts with a series of 4 consecutive wins in the professional kickboxing arena. Meanwhile, Han Jun is a veteran Korean boxer with an impressive streak of achievements with 12 wins after 17 appearances.
As the match was about to begin, Han Jun took a provocational action against Duy Quan. After the referee's opening signal, the Korean fighter launched 2 quite heavy swerves but Duy Quan stood firm.
Recently, the Vietnamese representative launched an extremely quick and strong "rain" that made Han Jun only know how to defend. After hitting Duy Quan's left hand hook extremely hard on the rib, Han Jun lay on the floor with a face in extremely pain. The Korean fighter had to seek medical attention and could not continue competing.
A quick knockout victory for Duy Quan when the first half only took place 1 minute. This result helped Duy Quan increase his professional record to an impressive 5-match winning streak.
In the only women's match in the 51kg weight class, the boxer won the silver medal at the SEA Games and national champion Nguyen Thi Chieu won a point against Jung A Young (Korea). This was a match in which Jung A Young was the name to play more proactively, creating a pressure game, but Nguyen Thi Chieu calmed down to make very good counter-attacks to score points.

The remaining representative of Vietnam, Bui Duy Chi Thanh (70kg weight class), lost by points to Yue Shuai. The Chinese boxer with the advantage of height and better playing range created an encroachment against Chi Thanh in all 3 rounds.

Thai boxer Kongphathum with a very heavy high kick in his right leg caused Mehdi Ayadi (France) to lie on the floor when the second half had only started for more than 20 seconds. Xie Bo (China) with powerful punches lowered the scale of Wakuto furuichi (Japan) when the first half had just passed. In the remaining two matches, Zhu Bao Lei (China) scored Jung Ki Han (Korea) and Boulahri Hicham (Maroc) scored Supachai (Thailand).
