I am only 18 years old and my professional football career has just begun, so it is extremely necessary for me to seek advice from famous players and former players. Harry Kane and Robbie Fowler are legends of English football, so what they share and contribute is extremely important.
According to Harry Kane and Robbie Fowler, tournaments like V.League are great for me to accumulate experience playing football, thereby developing myself. From these analysis, I decided to go to Vietnam to play football, Lee Williams said.
The striker born in 2007 admitted that the integration process into the V.League was not easy due to the high intensity of competition and training.

He said: "The intensity in V.League is very high, both in training and competition. This made it difficult for me to integrate. However, this is also what helps me develop myself more.
I am impressed and very excited about the rapid state-of-play transformation that the teams in the V.League, including the Ho Chi Minh City Police Club, are implementing. As a striker, I like this, because that way I have more chances to score more goals."
Lee Williams said he received great help from his teammates, especially striker Tien Linh: Not only on the field, but in daily life, captain Tien Linh has helped me a lot. Up to now, I have been here for more than a month, I feel the connection between us is getting better and better.
In addition, Lee Williams also expressed his gratitude to coach Le Huynh Duc: "The coach helps me a lot. In particular, he is a legend of Vietnamese football, so there have been many conversations and exchanges between us, which have helped me improve and adapt quickly in practice and competition. I am very grateful to Mr. Duc".
With his first goal in the V.League, also his first professional goal in his career, Lee Williams said: It felt unbelievable to score for the team, this was not only my first goal in the V.League, it was also my first professional goal in my career. It will definitely be very memorable".
The 18-year-old striker said that this goal was given to his family: "I want to give this goal to my family, because of all the efforts they have put in over the years to help me get the position I have today. Giving them this goal means a lot to me, because I just want to repay and make my family proud."
Sharing about the goal in the first season in Vietnam, Lee Williams affirmed: "My personal goal in the V.League is to score as many goals as possible and constantly improve every day to continue to contribute to the team to achieve the best results in the highest tournament in Vietnam".
