With stable performance and a brave playing style, Nong Lam University opened the score early and maintained the overwhelming position. In the second half, Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology tried to shorten the score to 1-2, but the home team continued to explode, scoring 2 more goals to seal the final victory 4-1.
In the third place match, the People's Security University beat FPT University 9-2 to win the bronze medal.
