Vietnam futsal team begins journey in 2025 Asian tournament

    The Vietnam women's futsal team has reached the official gathering place in the 2025 Asian Women's Futsal Championship finals.

    This afternoon (May 4), the Vietnam women's futsal team moved to Sheraton Hohhot Hotel - the official military home of the teams participating in the 2025 Asian Women's Futsal Championship. The tournament organizers organized a warm and enthusiastic welcoming activity imbued with local cultural identity, creating a friendly atmosphere for the teams.

    Sheraton Hohhot Hotel is currently home to 6 teams, including 4 teams in Group A: China, Uzbekistan, Australia and Taiwan (China), along with 2 teams in Group B: Vietnam and Iran.

    In the afternoon of the same day, the Vietnamese women's futsal team had a light training session in the hotel's gym. After that, the entire technical meeting, along with an analysis of a friendly match with the Chinese women's futsal team, took place yesterday (3.5) to draw professional lessons, towards the best performance at the tournament.

    According to the match schedule, the Vietnam women's futsal team will face the Hong Kong (China) team at 5:00 p.m. (local time) on May 7 at the Hohhot Sports Center.
