After the first training match with the Uzbekistan women's team in the opponent's training camp in Hanoi, on the morning of January 28, the Vietnamese women's team maintained the training schedule to review their expertise, adjust their playing style and improve their fitness, aiming for important goals in the coming time.
According to the coaching staff's plan, the training session was divided into two groups. The group of players who played a lot in the previous training match mainly performed recovery and relaxation exercises to ensure physical condition.
Meanwhile, the remaining group of players continued to focus on physical content combined with technical and tactical training, with a focus on organizing the playing style, switching positions and group coordination according to tactical requirements.

Before the training session, head coach Mai Duc Chung spent time exchanging and learning from experience with the whole team, pointing out the points that need to be adjusted after the training match, and at the same time specifically reminding each player to promptly overcome the remaining limitations.
Sharing with the media, coach Mai Duc Chung said that in this training camp, the team will continue to add some young players to increase the depth of the squad and build a successor force.
Women's football does not have as abundant a force as men's teams, so the selection of players must be very careful. We call up young athletes to the team to coach, helping them develop skills and gradually adapt to the common playing style," Mr. Chung said.
According to the head coach of the Vietnamese women's team, in the coming time, the coaching staff will continue to add more young faces to strengthen the force, create competition and cohesion in the squad.

Assessing the training matches with qualified opponents, coach Mai Duc Chung said that this is an important opportunity for players, especially new faces, to accumulate international competition experience. These matches help the team get acquainted with opponents that may meet in the future, and at the same time test the ability to operate the playing style.
Regarding the upcoming goal, coach Mai Duc Chung affirmed that the team will perform two tasks in parallel: rejuvenating the force and striving to achieve results at the Women's Asian Cup finals, thereby aiming for the opportunity to win a ticket to the World Cup.
From a player's perspective, defender Tran Thi Duyen said that the training match with Uzbekistan is an important starting point in the first training camp of the year. She believes that the whole team is in the process of perfecting physical strength and technique, tactics to meet the requirements of the coaching staff, and highly appreciates the training spirit and proactive integration of the young players.
According to the plan, the Vietnamese women's team will continue to maintain a two-session training plan every day, focusing on improving physical strength, perfecting playing style and strengthening cohesion, aiming for the best condition for upcoming goals.
