Vietnam women's team practices for the first time in Thailand

This afternoon (December 2), in Chonburi (Thailand), the Vietnam women's team had its first training session, after stabilizing their accommodation.

The training atmosphere was serious and urgent but also full of excitement as the whole team prepared for the important tournament of the year.

Before the training session, head coach Mai Duc Chung reminded the whole team to stay highly focused, while focusing on maintaining health and ensuring the best physical condition for the journey to conquer the SEA Games this time. After a smooth journey, the players' spirit is very positive.

Captain Huynh Nhu shared: The whole team is very confident and ready to prepare for the tournament. Everyone has settled down, felt comfortable and excited to enter the training sessions at Chonburi".

This year, regional women's football has many changes as all teams set higher goals and prepare more carefully for the 33rd SEA Games.

Faced with the increasingly fierce competition, Huynh Nhu said that the Vietnamese women's team is not subjective: "The whole team has been preparing for a long time and has just had a successful training trip in Japan. This is an opportunity for the whole team to practice tactics, physical strength and cohesion, and be ready for the upcoming matches".

In the opening match, the team was determined: "The goal of the whole team is to win 3 points. We respect all opponents but always aim for victory," Huynh Nhu emphasized.

In addition to the core force, the young players also left many positive impressions in the training trip and recent training sessions.

The captain added: "The young players progressed very quickly and performed very well in Japan. The integration of the students creates more depth and competitiveness for the team".

Before the end of the interview, Huynh Nhu sent a message to fans: "Hopefully, fans will always love and come to the stadium to cheer and encourage us. That will be a great source of motivation for the whole team to play their best and win".

The Vietnam women's team will continue training sessions in the coming days to perfect tactics before the first match at the 33rd SEA Games. The whole team is trying every day with the determination to bring pride to the country's football.
