In the Northern region, the live pig market continued to decrease slightly, with a common adjustment of VND 1,000/kg in many localities. Specifically, Tuyen Quang, Cao Bang, Quang Ninh, Hanoi, Dien Bien, Son La and Hung Yen provinces all have reduced prices to 48,000 VND/kg.
Meanwhile, Lao Cai and Lai Chau both lowered their purchase price to 47,000 VND/kg. The remaining localities range between 48,000 - 49,000 VND/kg.


In the Central - Central Highlands region, the price of live pigs in Dak Lak and Khanh Hoa recorded a decrease of VND 1,000/kg, currently trading at VND 47,000/kg. The remaining provinces and cities did not record any fluctuations, stable around 47,000 - 49,000 VND/kg.

In the Southern region, the price of live pigs has decreased by 1,000 VND/kg in An Giang and Ca Mau, currently purchased at 49,000 VND/kg and 50,000 VND/kg respectively.
Meanwhile, Dong Nai, Tay Ninh localities and Ho Chi Minh City remained stable at 50,000 VND/kg. Dong Thap and Can Tho maintain around 49,000 VND/kg. Vinh Long alone is still the locality with the lowest price in the region, reaching 48,000 VND/kg.
