Assessments and forecasts
Domestic pepper prices are adjusting up again, which is a technical development after the previous sideways phase. The fundamental factors of the market are still relatively positive as global supply has not shown signs of strong increase, while consumption demand in major markets continues to remain stable.
In the short term, experts predict that pepper prices are likely to continue to stabilize because domestic supply is still quite abundant. However, if the international transport situation improves and import demand from major markets recovers, pepper prices may see new waves of increase in the second half of 2026.
