Recently, at the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade, the Hanoi Steering Committee 389 held a Conference on the drafting of the Coordination Regulations between the Hanoi Steering Committee 389 and the Steering Committees 389 of provinces and cities, including: Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Cao Bang, Hai Phong, Hung Yen, Lao Cai, Lang Son, Ninh Binh, Phu Tho, Quang Ninh and Thai Nguyen.
The conference was held to concretize the direction of the Prime Minister in Directive No. 13/CT-TTg dated May 17, 2025 and Decision No. 19/2016/QD-TTg, aiming to establish a unified, synchronous and effective coordination mechanism between Steering Committees 389 of the Northern region.
At the conference, Deputy Head of the Hanoi Market Management Department Duong Manh Hung presented the content of the Draft Regulations on coordination consisting of 3 chapters and 6 articles, clearly defining the principles, content, methods and organization of coordination between localities.
Under the direction of Ms. Nguyen Kieu Oanh - Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Steering Committee 389, delegates from localities discussed and contributed many practical opinions, focusing on perfecting the data sharing mechanism, coordinating the handling of complicated cases and maintaining a regular meeting regime to enhance connectivity in direction and inspection.
Delegates commented that the draft Regulation is highly feasible, meeting the current practical requirements in the fight against smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods.


Concluding the conference, Mr. Vo Nguyen Phong - Director of the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade - highly appreciated the sense of responsibility as well as the enthusiastic contributions of the localities.
At the same time, the Director of the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade requested the Hanoi Market Management Department to receive, complete the draft and submit it to the Steering Committee 389 of provinces and cities for signing in the coming time.
