2 Vinh City Party Committee officials apply for early retirement

On January 2, the Vinh City Party Committee (Nghe An) held a ceremony to hand over early retirement decisions according to Decree No. 29/2023/ND-CP of the Government regulating staff streamlining. Accordingly, Mr. Pham Trung Thanh - specialist of the City Party Committee Office and Mr. Le Duc Tho - specialist of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee - were allowed to retire early according to Decree No. 29/2023/ND-CP to enjoy social insurance benefits from January 1, 2025.

3 department heads and 2 district heads of Hung Yen Police retire early

Hung Yen Provincial Police have just announced decisions on retirement and early retirement for 7 leaders at department and district levels, including:

Colonel Nguyen Quoc Chinh - Head of Investigation Security Department; Colonel Do Ngoc Cu - Head of Internal Security Department; Colonel Nguyen Van Nam - Head of Criminal Enforcement and Judicial Support Police Department; Colonel Le Van Truong - Head of Khoai Chau District Police;

Colonel Nguyen Anh Dung - Head of Kim Dong District Police; Colonel Pham Nhat Thang - Deputy Head of Technical and Offline Department; Lieutenant Colonel Vu Ngoc Son - Deputy Head of Khoai Chau District Police.

Retired early, received support of more than 500 million VND

Mr. Thai Thanh Ha - Head of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Vinh City (Nghe An) - said that from January 1, 2025, he will receive a retirement decision and enjoy social insurance benefits according to his personal wishes. Previously, Mr. Ha submitted a retirement application and was approved by the competent authority. Mr. Ha will receive more than 500 million VND in subsidies according to regulations.

In addition to Mr. Thai Thanh Ha, there are other officials from agencies and units of Vinh City who have submitted applications for early retirement from January 1, 2025, including: Mr. Hoang Dinh Hung - Secretary of Quang Trung Ward Party Committee; Mr. Tran Quang Dai - Chairman of Trung Do Ward People's Committee and Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong - Chairman of Le Mao Ward Women's Union.

Provincial Party Committee Mass Mobilization Department staff retires 3 years early

On January 3, according to information from Tuyen Quang province, immediately after the policy of merging the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department was announced, Mr. Tran Phi Luc - an officer of the Department of Mass Organizations and Associations, Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department - presented his wish to retire at a Party cell meeting.

This aspiration comes from the desire to make it easier for the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission to arrange personnel after merging with the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Commission; at the same time, it also creates conditions for young cadres to replace and succeed them.
