On the afternoon of February 5, the Standing Committee of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee held the 19th Provincial Party Executive Committee Conference, term XVII, term 2020 - 2025.
At the conference, Secretary of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Phi Long quickly announced the results of the 13th Party Central Committee Conference held in January 2025.
At the same time, the conference announced the Decision of the Central Party Secretariat on appointing comrade Pham Anh Quy, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh City, to join the Executive Committee of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
The conference also approved important reports of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, including: Project to end the activities of Party delegations, Party Executive Committees, Party Committees of Provincial Agencies and establish two Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee; Project to merge the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department.
Along with that, adjust the plan to arrange the organizational apparatus of agencies in the political system; adjust and supplement the plan on organizing Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
Along with the election of Ms. Bui Thi Minh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, the Executive Committee of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee also decided to end the activities of 8 Party delegations, 3 Party Executive Committees, the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies, establish the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies and the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee.
Merge the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department into the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; adjust the organizational structure of agencies in the political system, and complete the announcement of the decision to merge the agencies before February 15, 2025.
The Secretary of the Hoa Binh Provincial Party Committee also commended 14 officials who voluntarily applied for early retirement, creating favorable conditions for personnel arrangement.
