On the afternoon of February 28, the Standing Committee of Soc Trang Provincial Party Committee held a conference to deploy decisions on personnel work. At the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on early retirement and enjoying policies and regimes according to personal wishes for Mr. Lam Tan Hoa - Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, former Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department from March 1, 2025.
The leaders of the Provincial People's Council also announced the Decision of the Provincial People's Council on early retirement for Mr. Le Van Hieu - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council from March 1, 2025.
Announcing the Decision of the Provincial People's Committee on approving early retirement at will for Mr. Tran Phuoc Vinh - Provincial Party Committee member, former Director of the Department of Home Affairs; Huynh Van Nam - former Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs; Chau Kien Tuong - former Vice Chairman of Soc Trang City People's Committee.
The leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee also approved the decision to retire according to the wishes and regimes for 11 cadres who were former heads of the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Director of the District Political Center; the Mass Mobilization Committee of the District Party Committee of Ke Sach, Tran De, Cu Lao Dung, My Xuyen, Vinh Chau Town; Former Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee of the Bloc of Agencies and Enterprises.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Lam Van Man - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Soc Trang Provincial Party Committee affirmed that Resolution No. 18 of the 12th Party Central Committee on "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient" is a correct and timely policy, demonstrating the Party's strong determination in building a strong and effective political system.
According to the Secretary of the Soc Trang Provincial Party Committee, the fact that many key cadres at the provincial and district levels volunteered to retire early is a clear demonstration of the consensus and support for the Central Government's policy, contributing significantly to the success of the streamlining of the apparatus and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the political system.
