On February 27, at the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, a conference was held to announce the Resolutions on the arrangement of the apparatus and decision on personnel work.
Accordingly, the Department of Science and Technology was established (merging the Department of Science and Technology with the Department of Information and Communications); appointing Mr. Ta Quang Truong as Director and 3 Deputy Directors including: Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Linh, Mr. Vo Hoang Khai, Mr. Tran The Vinh.

Establish the Department of Finance (merging the Department of Finance and the Department of Planning and Investment) and appoint Ms. Truong Thi Huong Binh as Director along with 5 Deputy Directors including Mr. and Mrs. Ngo Duc Thang, Tran Anh Tu, Doan Thi Ngoc Van, Tran Vu Hoai Ha, Phan Trung Hung Ha.
Establish the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Khang as Director and 2 Deputy Directors including Mr. Tho Ut and Mr. Tran Duc Hoa.
Establish the Department of Home Affairs (merging the Department of Home Affairs and the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs); appoint Mr. Nguyen Huu Dinh as Director of the Department with 4 Deputy Directors including Mr. and Mrs. Ha Thanh Tung, Nguyen Quoc Vu, Nong Van Dung, Doan Thi Thu Thuy.
Establish the Department of Agriculture and Environment (merge the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment); appoint Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh as Director of the Department and 4 Deputy Directors of the Department including Mr. Dang Minh Duc, Tran Trong Toan, Nguyen Van Thang, Tran Lam Sinh.
Establish the Department of Construction (merging the Department of Construction and the Department of Transport) and appoint Mr. Do Thanh Phuong as Deputy Director in charge of operations and appoint 2 Deputy Directors including Mr. Huynh Tan Loc and Mr. Thien Anh Minh.
The appointment term is 5 years, starting from March 1, 2025.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Huu Dinh - Director of the Department of Home Affairs - also announced the decision to resolve policies for 16 officials.
Of which, 13 department leaders retired early, including: Ms. Nguyen Thi Mong Binh - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism; Mr. Duong Manh Hung - Deputy Director of the Department of Transport; Mr. Tran Quoc Toan - Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs; Ms. Giang Thi Thu Nga - Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Communications; Mr. Doan Tan Dat - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology; Mr. Huynh Minh Hau - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thuong - Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Mr. Le Van Goi - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; Mr. Phuoc Minh - Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Communications; Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Tan Dat - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology; Mr. Nguyen Minh Hau - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thuong - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Minh - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Industrial Development of Thanh Minh Thanh Thanh province.
The decision to dismiss 3 department leaders includes: Ms. Dang Thanh Thuy - Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Le Quang Binh - Director of the Department of Transport, Mr. Nguyen Bon - Deputy Director of the Department of Transport.
During his leave, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thang will retire from May 1, 2025; the remaining comrades will retire from March 1, 2025.
