On April 24, Binh Dinh Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the Decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work and hand over the Decision to re-appoint the position of Deputy Director of the Provincial Police.
Authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Colonel Vo Duc Nguyen - Director of the Provincial Police - presented the Decision to reappoint the position of Deputy Director of the Provincial Police to Colonel Huynh Bao Nguyen - Deputy Director, Head of the Provincial Police Investigation Agency.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Director of the Police Department of Binh Dinh province emphasized that the appointment of the Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department with Colonel Huynh Bao Nguyen contributed to firmly consolidating the provincial police leaders, creating new motivation for the provincial police force to continue promoting the tradition, successfully fulfilling the task of protecting national security, ensuring social order and social safety, for the peaceful and happy life of the people.
Also last week, on April 22, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Binh Thuan Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the Decision to reappoint the position of Deputy Director of the Provincial Police to Colonel Tran Van Muoi and Colonel Dinh Kim Lap.
Colonel Le Quang Nhan - Director of Binh Thuan Provincial Police - affirmed that the reappointment of Mr. Tran Van Muoi and Mr. Dinh Kim Lap demonstrates the deep trust of the Central Party Committee of Public Security, the Ministry of Public Security as well as the provincial leaders in the qualities, capacity and sense of responsibility in their work.
Colonel Le Quang Nhan hopes that the two deputy captains will continue to promote valuable qualities, maintain the spirit of solidarity, and work with the provincial police leadership to effectively manage professional work, building an increasingly disciplined, elite, and modern force. At the same time, closely coordinate with agencies, departments, and organizations to advise the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee in implementing solutions to ensure security and order, contributing to promoting sustainable socio-economic development of Binh Thuan province.
