On the afternoon of February 28, Kien Giang Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Provincial Police Director on retirement benefits for officers.
At the announcement ceremony, the representative of the Provincial Police announced the decisions on early retirement benefits from March 1, 2025 for 32 comrades. Lieutenant Colonel Pham Van Dung - Head of the Department of Technical, Professional and off-line Affairs, who received the decision to retire early, expressed his awareness of the responsibility of each individual in implementing the major policies of the Party and the Public Security force in arranging and organizing the apparatus, and was honored to contribute to the revolution of streamlining the apparatus that the Party, State and industry are implementing; at the same time, he sent his thanks to the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Provincial Police for their attention to the lives, feelings, thoughts and aspirations for the cadres who received this decision.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Van Han, Director of the Provincial Police Department, praised the comrades who retired before the retirement regime for completing their assigned tasks excellently, receiving leave from work, receiving pension benefits according to regulations and acknowledged the important work results and contributions of the comrades to the overall achievements of the Provincial Police over the past time.
The Director of the Provincial Police emphasized that the comrades who have applied for leave from work this time work at units in all fields of work of the Provincial Police, who are officers who have grown up from the grassroots, and have experienced many different fields of work. Many comrades have many years of service and contributions to the police force. Regardless of their working position, they always maintain political courage, strive, and are passionate about their profession; overcome all difficulties and challenges, together with the Party Committee and leaders of the units to unite, unify leadership, and direct the unit to excellently complete the assigned political tasks.
At the same time, he affirmed that voluntary early retirement not only shows courage, sense of responsibility, exemplaryness, and leadership in implementing the Party's policies, but is also a great sacrifice and contribution of comrades in the revolution of streamlining the apparatus of the Party, State, and industry. This is an action with widespread influence, an important driving force for the Provincial Police to best complete the work of arranging and assigning cadres when implementing the new organizational apparatus, as well as the development of personnel projects for Party congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term.
