Level 1 is not more than 70 million VND/month for: Consultants with a university degree, with specialized training in a consulting major and with 15 years or more experience in a consulting major; or consultants with a master's degree or higher, with specialized training in a consulting major and with 8 years or more experience in a consulting major;...

Level 2 is not more than 55 million VND/month for: Consultants with a university degree, with specialized training suitable for a consulting major and with 10 to less than 15 years of experience in a consulting major; or consultants with a master's degree or higher, with specialized training suitable for a consulting major and with 5 to less than 8 years of experience in a consulting major;...

Level 3 is not more than 40 million VND/month for: Consultants with a university degree, with specialized training in the consulting major and with from 5 to less than 10 years of experience in the consulting major;...

Level 4 is not more than 30 million VND/month for: Consultants with a university degree, with specialized training suitable for a consulting major and with less than 5 years of experience in a consulting major; or consultants with a master's degree or higher, with specialized training suitable for a consulting major and less than 3 years of experience in a consulting major.

Compared to the salary currently stipulated in Circular No. 02/2015, the salary stipulated in the new circular is 1.75 - 2 times higher.
