Also last week, on November 19, Kon Tum Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the Decision of the Provincial Police Director on the transfer and appointment of Lieutenant Colonel Le Gia Hai - Captain of the Telecommunications - Cryptography Team, Staff Department - to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department.
Colonel Trinh Khac Cuong - Deputy Director of Kon Tum Provincial Police - suggested that in his new position, Lieutenant Colonel Le Gia Hai needs to continue to maintain his political stance, ethics, and lifestyle; promote his sense of responsibility, capacity, and strengths; constantly strive, train, and improve his professional qualifications, management, and operational capacity.
