On February 27, the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province held a conference to announce decisions on personnel work.
The Provincial Party Committee announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on personnel work. In which, Mr. Tran Tuan Linh (Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee) was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Ba Ria City Party Committee.
Transfer and appoint Mr. Le Hoang Hai (Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council) to the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.
Transfer and introduce Mr. Tran Van Tuan (Secretary of the Ba Ria City Party Committee) to run for the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, term VII, 2021-2026. In the 26th session of the 7th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026, Mr. Tuan was elected to the above position.
Transfer Ms. Vo Ngoc Thanh Truc (Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee) to work, holding the position of Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
The Provincial People's Committee announced 9 decisions to remove from work, waiting for the settlement of policies and regimes according to regulations for cadres including: Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung (Director of the Department of Culture and Sports); Mr. Do Dinh Quoc (Head of the Ethnic Committee); Mr. Huynh Bach Tien (Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs); Mr. Le The Thoi (Deputy Director of the Department of Finance); Ms. Nguyen Van Anh (Deputy Director of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs); Mr. Tran Duy Tam Thanh (Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology); Mr. Dang Son Hai (Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology). Mr. Nguyen Van Ba (Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training); Ms. Huynh Thi Lien (Deputy Director of the Provincial Radio and Television Station).
At the same time, the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province also announced 46 decisions to appoint officials as Directors and Deputy Directors of 7 newly established Departments on the basis of merger and consolidation; Centers and Project Management Boards under the Provincial People's Committee.
In which, Mr. Le Ngoc Linh (Director of the Department of Planning and Investment) was transferred and appointed as Director of the Department of Construction (after merging the Department of Transport with the Department of Construction); along with 5 Deputy Directors positions.
Mr. Pham Thanh Chung (former Secretary of Xuyen Moc District Party Committee) was appointed as Director of the Department of Home Affairs (after merging the Department of Home Affairs with the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs); along with 3 Deputy Directors.
Mr. Hoang Vu Thanh (Chairman of Vung Tau City People's Committee) was appointed as Director of the Department of Finance (after merging the Department of Finance with the Department of Planning and Investment); along with 6 Deputy Directors positions.
Ms. Luong Thi Le Hang will continue to hold the position of Director of the Department of Science and Technology (after merging with the Department of Information and Communications); jointly appointed 4 Deputy Directors.
Mr. Nguyen Van Dong (Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs) was appointed as the newly established Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions; and 2 Deputy Directors.
Mr. Nguyen Van Da (Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment) was appointed as Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment (after merging the Department of Natural Resources and Environment with the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development); along with 5 Deputy Directors.
Mr. Vu Hong Thuan (Vice Chairman of Vung Tau City People's Committee) was appointed as Acting Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (after merging the Department of Culture and Sports with the Department of Tourism); along with 3 Deputy Directors.
Mr. Tran Thanh Tinh (Director of the Project Management Board of the civil and industrial sectors) was appointed as Director of the Provincial Land Fund Development Center; along with 2 Deputy Directors.
Mr. Nguyen Van Trinh (Director of the Cai Mep - Thi Vai Regional Traffic Project Management Board) was appointed as Director of the Regional and Agricultural Traffic Project Management Board; along with 3 Deputy Directors.
Mr. Hoang Trung Kien (Director of the Traffic Project Management Board) was appointed as Director of the Traffic and Civil Project Management Board; along with 3 Deputy Directors.
