At the session, the People's Council delegates elected additional Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, term XV, 2021-2026, for Ms. Tan Thi Que - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Ethnic Committee of the Provincial People's Council.
With 100% of the delegates attending, Ms. Tan Thi Que was elected as Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council for the 15th term, 2021-2026.
Speaking at the meeting, the new Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Tan Thi Que identified this as a trust, also a heavy responsibility before the Provincial People's Council delegates and voters. She promised to strive and do her best to complete the assigned tasks.
Ms. Tan Thi Que was born in 1979, from Khong Lao commune, Lai Chau province. Professional qualifications: University of Physical Education, Chemistry; Master of Education and Community Development. High-level political theory qualification.
Ms. Tan Thi Que has held many important positions such as: Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of the old Tam Duong District; Deputy Director and Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lai Chau Province; Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of the old Tam Duong District; Head of the Ethnic Committee of the Lai Chau Provincial People's Council.
