On the afternoon of July 29, the Standing Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee convened a meeting of the Provincial Party Executive Committee and a key provincial officials meeting to discuss and implement the personnel process.
Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Member of the Central Party Executive Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation - chaired the meeting.
At the meeting, the Provincial Party Executive Committee elected Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan - Alternate Member of the Central Party Executive Committee, Standing Vice Chairman in charge of the Provincial People's Committee - as Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 20th term, 2020 - 2025.
The Executive Committee also elected Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha - Provincial Party Member, Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee - as a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for the 20th term, 2020 - 2025.
At the same time, the Provincial Party Executive Committee and the key provincial officials meeting carried out the process of nominating personnel for the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 19th term, 2021 - 2026.
Previously, on July 15, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee assigned Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - to assume the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.
Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan was born on October 3, 1977, in Bac Ninh city, Bac Ninh province.
He holds a PhD in Business Administration, a Master's degree in Education Management, and an advanced degree in Political Theory.
From May 2012 to May 2015, Mr. Tuan was the Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Youth Union.
From May 2015 to June 2020, he held the position of Secretary of the Bac Ninh City Party Committee.
Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan has been the Vice Chairman and Standing Vice Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee since July 2020.
Since July 16, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan has been assigned to oversee the activities of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee.
