Accordingly, the Party Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee under the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee was established under Project No. 15-DA/TU dated February 3, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, including 45 Party committees and grassroots Party cells with 5,027 Party members.
The Standing Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee shall prescribe the functions, tasks, and organizational structure; appoint the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Secretary, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee for the 2020-2025 term; assign cadres and civil servants in charge of the Party Committee.
The Party Committee of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province is allowed to use part of the current headquarters of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises; The Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises coordinates with the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to hand over and receive documents, personnel, finance, assets, and facilities according to regulations.
The decision takes effect from February 15, 2025.
