Colonel Pham Van Dong - Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of Military Region 4 - was appointed to the position of Chief of Political Affairs of Military Region 4.
At the conference, Major General Phan Van Sy - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Political Department, Deputy Chief of the Political Department of Military Region 4 - approved the handover minutes. Representatives of the Military Region agencies gave their opinions and clarified a number of contents stated in the minutes.
Speaking of handing over, Colonel Pham Van Dong expressed his thanks for the trust of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Head of the Military Region Command, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Director of the Political Department and officials and soldiers of agencies and units.
Colonel Pham Van Dong affirmed that he will make every effort to inherit and promote the achievements of previous generations, build a strong Political Department, and excellently complete all assigned tasks.
Also at the conference, Major General Trinh Van Hung was moved to share his memories during his time working at the Political Department, and at the same time sent his sincere thanks to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Military Region Command and all officers and staff of the Political Department for always accompanying and helping him to successfully complete his tasks.
Major General Trinh Van Hung believes that under the leadership and direction of the Party Committee Standing Committee and the Head of the Political Department, the agency will continue to reap more success.
Concluding the conference, Lieutenant General Tran Vo Dung - Party Committee Secretary, Political Commissar of Military Region 4 - expressed his confidence in the capacity and experience of Colonel Pham Van Dong.
At the same time, he wants comrades in the new position to work with the Political Committee to continue to advise the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Military Region Command to lead and direct the successful implementation of all tasks, especially in the context of many important political events of the country and military armed forces.
