Mr. Quan Minh Cuong (born in 1969), from Van Giang, Hung Yen; PhD in Law, Bachelor of Police. Mr. Quan Minh Cuong used to work at the Ministry of Public Security and the Central Organizing Committee, and held the position of Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee.
The National Assembly Standing Committee also approved the election results of Mr. Dang Xuan Phong - Secretary of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee, 15th National Assembly delegate - to hold the position of Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Vinh Phuc province.
Mr. Dang Xuan Phong (born in 1972), from Lap Thach district, Vinh Phuc province; professional qualification: PhD in economics.
On January 11, Mr. Dang Xuan Phong - Secretary of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee - was assigned by the Politburo to be Secretary of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee.
The National Assembly Standing Committee also resolved that Mr. Do Thanh Binh - Secretary of the Can Tho City Party Committee - transfer his activities from the National Assembly Delegation of Kien Giang Province to the National Assembly Delegation of Can Tho City.
Mr. Do Thanh Binh (born in 1967), from Ca Mau province, has a master's degree in economics and advanced political theory. Mr. Do Thanh Binh was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Kien Giang Provincial Party Committee at the Kien Giang Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term held in 2020.
Before being elected as Secretary of Kien Giang Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Do Thanh Binh held the following positions: Chairman of Vinh Thuan District People's Committee (Kien Giang), Deputy Head, Head of Kien Giang Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, Vice Chairman, Chairman of Kien Giang Provincial People's Committee.
On January 17, 2025, the Politburo decided to transfer, assign, and appoint Mr. Do Thanh Binh to hold the position of Secretary of the Can Tho City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
The National Assembly Standing Committee also issued a Resolution approving the election results of Mr. Le Xuan Huy - Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Ha Nam province - to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Ha Nam province, term 2021 - 2026, from January 14, 2025.
The National Assembly Standing Committee also issued a Resolution approving the results of the dismissal of Mr. Bui Duc Hinh from the position of Chairman of the People's Council of Hoa Binh province for the 2021-2026 term, from January 7, 2025, to take on another assignment.
